Agreed.  I respond to "My bad" with "Your bad what?"
 
  Also, it is quite tiring to hear the word "absolutely" pronounced "absuly".  I can go on concerning this subject, but will not.  I couldn't not care less.

"yadda yadda"
"think outside the box"

"that's killer"
"my bad"

And so on. 

This sycophantic and ingratiating language really sickens me.
