Well....that certainly threw up some interesting discussion. I have to say here and now that I have very good friends in the US so it is unfortunate that the issue I have with the abandonment of pleasantries in emails is largely concerned with mail from there. From now on I will save emails that I take issue with and let you have a compilation from time to time. Now I have to ask you one final thing that is uniquely USA, this time connected with HAND WRITTEN correspondence; why do many people use upper and lower case letters jumbled up within a word and why is a capital I dotted?
