Re: [newmellotrongroup] New Video

2011-01-26 by Tony

Yes there is another Tony on the list.
I do not know him or where he lives.
The one song I never liked by YES is roundabout, lol.
Check the member list on Yahoo, he should be on there, but I haven't seen a recent post.
I saw Relayer 8 times and became friends with Patrick.
He records in Orlando, or did.
Been trying to contact him as he is a car nut like I am.
That's where my Orchestron info and factory visits came from.
I played his triple, he wasn't fond of it, to put it mildly and neither was I.

In The Court of the Crimson King. That's what started the whole thing for me.

Well, not exactly. I saw them live in Nov of 1969 at the West Palm Beach Rock Festival and they played that album and much of In the Wake of Poseidon. It was essentially the same show as the Fillmore shows on the live CDs.

Beautifully scary……more than somewhat creepy…..kind of like Beatles, Pink Floyd, and something creepy that would make perfect sense on LSD….

Great job Mike…..BTW yours is my favorite “all Mellotron all the time” album on my iPod! J

                                Cheers,
