Looks wonderful Frank, if I could afford it I would ship  #1565 off to you 
tomorrow, as it is I think the M4000D rack will be for  me if it ever sees 
the light of day at a reasonable  price.

I document nearly everything. When they pick up their machines  my clients 
get a CD with hundreds of photos broken down into  disassembly and 
reassembly of individual components. They also get a  special instruction pack that 
gives them a specific maintenance  routine as well as instructions on how to 
keep the keyboard in peak  adjustment. Since about 2007 I have also made 
some short videos that I  send them letting them see where I am in the process.
 
This is the 35th machine I have worked on.

I have posted this video on you tube. It is private so please  don't embed 
or link to it. It will only be available for a while. I  made it as a 
progress video for a John Hammaren, for whom I am  restoring an M400. Since the 
video was shot, I am quite a bit  farther along. I will post a few more 
private videos as I  go.
