My former dentist's name is Roy Rambo. He shot and killed his wife in a furious rage. Really

Sorry to revisit this, Fritz, but I have to ask, is it just me, or do
"man who puts sharp pointy things in my mouth" and "murderous rage" not
go together all that well?

Ironically, the section after the intro sounds almost like KC did circa 'Lizard'. I'd like to hear that in a dentist's waiting room. (Apart from that Jon Anderson song which is as close to toothache as music has ever come)
