Thanks to all for the birthday wishes. I wasn't ignoring you all - I've been 90% offline for a while and haven't had a chance to read anything from the list.

An uneventful 45th. Whisky dominated the proceedings. Same as usual, really.

Same as every other day, now that I think of it.

How does one become 90% offline? I've seen you be 90% out of line -- actually 150%, truth be told.
