No it’s not. It worked fine for me with IE8 & XP.

You have other problems and “migrating” to UNIX is not the answer if you can’t figure out Windows.

I'm with Tony on this one. Internet Explorer is the worst and most
irritating browser I've ever used. I worked with Unix machines for
about ten years and it is by far the most powerful and useful operating
system I've encountered
