The Mellotron Group

I figure there's probably more synths owned on this list than there are
trons, and I was wondering if someone might know what synth was used on
Carole King's Jazzman. It comes in on the second half of the second
verse, around 2:08 and sounds like it has a bit of gliss going on. I'm
guessing that this wouldn't be terribly hard patch to work up, but I was
just wondering if anyone knew what was used.

It just sounds like a typical minimoog patch. Easy to get with any dual oscillator mono synth. Thanks for reminding me about this one. You made me pull out my Wrap Around Joy LP. Good stuff.

Thanks, Dan. I figured it probably was a mini, but not having played
one - well, you know. Like I said, I'm fairly certain I could dial it
in without too much trouble.Yeah, King was an incredible pop songwriter
who all too often seems forgotten these days.
