Yes, It's called an X-Tron. They are made in Belgium.

The X-Tron is keyboard instrument designed and manufactured in Belgium to compete with the Memotron. The reason you don't hear about them is that 3 1/2" floppy drives are hard to come by in Belgium and it has set manufacturing back a bit.
