Viola and Watcher of the skies

Viola and Watcher of the skies

2008-04-09 by Mark Pring

Recently listening to "Fly" by Nick Drake and thought
the viola sound was familiar, looked into Streetly
Tape library and viola sound is described as
reminescent of ( but preseumably not played by )John
Cale who plays the viola on the Nick Drake track.

The ipod has been playing Watcher of the Skies a fair
bit and it is beginning to grow on me. It's a bit of a
worry as this could mean that I like anything I hear
often enough. I'm not prepared to put it to the test
with The Bay City Rollers and I'm hoping that the ipod
doesn't decide to do the same thing with Lizard.

Mark

Perhaps it just means that with some music you have to listen to it a fair
number of times for it to really begin to sink in. Most likely that Bay
City Rollers won't fall into that category...

The music I enjoy the most is music that has grown on me over time. I
never tire of it. Music that catches my ear right away usually bores me
after a while.

Something like a fungal infection. Try some antifungal cream.

I once got an infection off a fungal. Her name was Helga.
