The Mellotron Group

Group:
For some reason I never get the pics that people post within their
email. I get the message 'attachment not stored'. A few other members
have told me that they have this problem as well.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It could be a browser setting or a
spam filter.... I don't know.

The Yahoo online help wasn't.

are you getting digests or individual emails?
you won't get them via digests or by reading the group online.
they are ONLY included when you receive the individual emails.
they do not get 'stored' via the group - that's the explanation.

Thanks Jeff.
Group: If you want to see the attachments, go to the home page, edit
your membership and request 'individual email'.

For people sending attached pictures, keep in mind that some group
members will not receive them. If you upload them to the group
'files' area, then notify the group, everyone will have an opportunity
to see them.

I seem to remember asking about this a few years ago on the old list
and didn't seem to get an adequate (or possibly any) answer. Nice to
finally know what the reason is. I'd really rather not switch to
individual messages just to see pictures, so yeah, please do upload
them to the site if possible.
