Just messing with you Dan, the Spitfires were infamous for being the most undependable car ever made.
They were known not to start when new on the showroom floor….that’s pretty bad even by British car standards!
Some of my friends had them in the 70’s….for a short time before having them towed away!
I guess since you have two you have a handy parts supply.
They were a fun car to drive when they ran!
