I very sorry to hear you are having health problems. I hope all goes well. If you feel like coming out for some music, I'll be playing the first full band Jackfields show in over two years and I am really excited about the music I will be playing. Been writing a lot.

Thanks Mark, I'll be all right. I'm feeling better but my body continues to surprise me. Losing the weight has made my knees feel much better and I sleep better. I've also learned how to eat better.
