NEW SOUND

2010-11-04 by tronbros@aol.com

Hello you lot,

We have a new church organ sound for you that is in complete contrast to
the old wheezing mess we have come to know and love. Mr Dickson has created
a suitable demo which is now up at the Tape Library website. Feedback
welcome.

Absolutely no idea! It's a small organ in a small church and the low
notes you hear are the lowest there are on this recording.

Yes, and I could hear those Pre-Rafaelite stained glass windows rattling in the background on some of the louder notes. At least they sounded Pre-Rafaelite to me. It's hard to tell these days with those knock-offs from China becoming so prevalent.

Rick

PS It would have been nice if someone had answered the door, as well. That incessant ringing throughout the clip got rather irritating...

But do the basses cover the first octave above the Tron’s low G ?

I am hereby announcing the All Saints Church Organ 3000D, which I am
porting to the iPad. Each note of the samples played on the Streetly site has
been carefully recorded, cut into tiny bits and stretched to the full 8
seconds. Missing notes have been created by pitching up or down as necessary,
adjacent or nearly adjacent notes. I know what your thinking... Incredible!
