It does seem somewhat obtuse for Marcus to close such a confusingly similar product name, 
but I honestly doubt it will confuse potential buyers very much, 
as most mellotron buyers are nerdy geeks who will use the Interweb to find out all the facts about their instruments, and so are well aware that mellotrons are produced both by the Judean People's Front and the People's Front of Judea.
