Thanks Rick,
Most likely
A) Cello
B) Mark II 3 violins
C) Combined brass
I had forgotten about the russian choir, maybe instead of the cello. Generally think in terms of using the tron more as backing than lead these days.

If you don't have cello already, I would get that on Track A or C. With 3 violins next door, you can make use of track blending for one of the really classic and useful blends. MkII Combined Brass is also a good one for your third choice, again blending well with 3 violins. But I could also suggest the Cor Anglais/Oboe split. It really is a lovely voice in itself and quite nice blended with the strings. If you like really BIG moments, might I suggest Orchestra or Gothic or the Russian Choir? Outside of those Russkies, there really isn't much blending that can be done with the 3-violins.On Mar 2, 2010, at 6:40 PM, Mark Pring wrote:Cello or clarinet?
Mark II 3 violins, I think I'm over my M300 obsession and nowadays prefer the Mark II sound
