The Mellotron Group

I thought it was a wonderful instrument but oddly
enough the action was one of the things I didn't
like. To me it seems very deep with little response,
at least compared to a piano. I really liked the
sounds and was very impressed with the cycling action.
How does the action compare to other mellotron models?
