If your old frame still has tapes in it...It might be fairly easy.
-Stand the new frame up parallel with the old frame. ( = )
-Use splicing tape (or something else) and connect the end of the old
tapes with the start of the new tapes.  As you pull each old tape out,
the new tape threads.
