It's a very simple, passive (non powered)
circuit consisting of 3 100k resistors and 2 1/4" input/output
jacks.
I suggest you contact Norm Leete for a bettter
explanation (sorry Norm!).
It was a collective project, Norm supplied the
schematic, and I had it made by a friend because I am THE laziest person on
Earth!
I do suggest a "Bud's box" to contain
it.
