It is indeed a legit listing, but
"working" seems to be a relative term in this case. Perhaps "complete" and
"turns on and makes sounds" would be more accurate from what I've found. It
debuted at $19995 and then lost a thousand the second time, didn't change the
third time, and has now dropped again for the current listing.

if somebody has been selling exclusively ceramic knick-knacks and
bric-a-brac for 5 years, then suddenly turns up with a chamberlin
or an ems synthi, it's possibly a stolen account. this seller does
not have a lot of activity, and much of it is stretched over a long
period of time, makingit hard to determine what they have been dealing
in - the last tranaction was incomplete and was for a lexicon 480L at
over $6000. hard to say, but i'd be wary for sure...
