Jack's BBC recordings feature some substantial mellotron in spots.
When people describe him as "the bassist in Cream" it's like describing Einstein as "this guy who taught at Princeton."
He was a really well-rounded musician and composer, and his post-Cream work has many high points and is well worth exploring.
