The only thing that would likely have been done to the power supply was to
slightly change the wiring. Sound sales offered an upgrade from the CMC-10 that
included instructions. It's about a 5-10 minute job. Although the architecture
of the SMS3 is similar to the SMS2, the edge connectors are slightly changed in
the SMS3. Schematics are unlikely to deliver the information you are looking
for. I, or others probably can give you the Sound Sales information. Converting
from a CMC-10 to any SMS board eliminates the need for a number of components in
the power supply. Most people that made the conversions just left them there,
even though they were no longer connected to anything.
