Maybe it was a 'Buy British' thing.. who knows? Hmmm... the oscillator gubbins are completely potted in resin... Nice....
Ah well. It'll be worth it. The Dewtron sounded great on 'Can-Utility And The Coastliners' anyway, so that'll do for me in the absence of a Taurus 1..

congrats.. I just learned something
I remember that Rutherford a potent longwave generators in 72-73. Dewtrons custom rare and veddy English.
Neither of them used Crumars ? Crumars were so much easier and cheaper than anything else out there back in the 70s.I'd use those now.
