true dat!  Wonderful idiom   to play in.  Harder to get "right" than it seems, and the skills are   transferable to other genres.  Actually, my background as a player   is mostly from the RnB world, although my one and only album does not hint at   that at all. Actually   Fritz, that is how it was with me.  Once I played with some blues guys I   found I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

At last,   someone who agrees with me. Blues is tedious in bulk as is reggae and anything   else musically locked into a very narrow set of   parameters..........IMHO.

And I find Clapton dull so   there.
