Turnbuckle - the bit attached to the spring at the bottom of a tape frame
that the tape runs through. Usually a solid moulding that forms the bottom of
the large 'W' formed by the tape. If John and Martin (and Brian?) have come up
with a revolving version (I have to assume the pins that the tape passes over
are the bit that revolve) then that removes a potential sticking point in the
tape path...
