I document nearly everything. When they pick up their machines my clients
get a CD with hundreds of photos broken down into disassembly and reassembly of
individual components. They also get a special instruction pack that gives them
a specific maintenance routine as well as instructions on how to keep the
keyboard in peak adjustment. Since about 2007 I have also made some short videos
that I send them letting them see where I am in the process.
This is the 35th machine I have worked on.
