The finish on ol' #376 is a tragedy. Apparently the Beatlemania touring guys would paint it with rollers every few shows to keep it white. So there are quite a few layers of paint covering the usual scrapes and gouges from load-in/load-out. It'll take some doing. It's also footless, which is frustrating. But it does play pretty well, though it'll better when I give it the standard tuneup. Even in it's current state, it's far more encouraging than my old EMI. At least the keys are straight.
