----- Original Message ----- From: Charles McQuillan <doctorq@...> Also, please post the following to the list and other appropriate places since I can't seem to do it myself (friggin' Yahoos!) A good source for nylon screws is hobby shops, purveyors of RC planes, specifically. I picked up a 4-pak of SIG #SH-172 nylon wing bolts (4-40 x1 in.) for 75 cents. Notice the "wing" part refers to its use w/ a model plane, they have slotted heads. I also grabbed 2 8-paks of DU-BRO #635 4-40 nylon flat washers, they're 1/16 in. thick, stack 4 on each screw for a 1/4 in. spacer. I found a stash of fiber (fibre to our UK friends) thread 4-40 locknuts in ye olde junque boxe to finish it off. Hope this helps. Later, Chuck
