RE: [motm] UEG status

Whoo hooo! All the parts arrived! Now I've got to get them to the assembly
house, and hope this delay didn't screw things up. I should have a page up
for the UEG this coming weekend.

FYI, this image is going to Electronic Musician with a press release for the
March issue.

It's slightly doctored...I didn't have the correct switches in time for the
photo.

tony,
given the long lead times on magazine publishing, i`m guessing that that
means the "march" issue stuff has to be in now - ?. yippeee,,,,,,, one step
closer !
as an idle question, whats your initial "try it on for size" run of the
module going to be? even though its in a different form factor than my core
modular, i knew i had to get one of these. possibly the most unique addition
to the modular arsenal that i`ve seen in some time. congratulations on coming
out with a module that isn`t "me to".
i hope the crew from the motm list has been getting pre-orders in to you,
"talking" with these guys over the last little while has made me realize that
thre are some really astute folks out there who should be able to make good
use of this module !
anyway,
good luck with it and certainly we are all waiting anxiously!!!!!
best,
dave v.

only sorry that it won`t be in time for christmas as mine was a christmas
present from the wife who laments not having it under the tree christmas
morning. maybe by new year ? :^)

In the past I wasn't paying too much attention to this product. But after
seeing that last lovely picture of it and thinking of some applications for
it I may want to get one. Has the price of it ever been announced?

tony,
great! thank you! i`ll be glad when mine arrives, not only to "play" with it
but to get my wife to stop asking me about " that thing i bought as your
christmas present" :^)
the enhancements sound pretty cool, too.
thanks again,
best,
