Yes, you will get MS-10 spounds out od a MOTM-420.

Jim,

Yeah, MS10's are great synths. The 420 does a great job of emulation, but
the res is not quite as gritty and doesn't quite self oscillate like the
10's does. Still, I think it has a very similar sound.
