2000-10-07 by weld

I bought a used Doepler MAQ 16/3 yesterday (only until the MOTM is done, Paul

Is the a way i can have the MAQ drive both of my 320 vco's ? I dont have any
mults yet, but may attempt to build something today if this is pretty easy.
Any suggestions?
Jim

A mult is just sets of jacks wired in parallel.

a) connect the ground lugs together
b) connect the 'tip' lugs together

I use 'tinned buss wire' that is 20ga. But any wire should work. You can
also go to
RatShack and get a 'Y' cord.

Hey, I love my MAQ, and when the MOTM comes out, I'll use it right next to
the MAQ. You can never ever have enough analog sequencers. That Future
Retro box is lookin mighty purty too...

I built a simple breakout panel that brings the CV outs of the MAQ to the
front, with 2 jacks for each of the CV and gates. Whoever decided to put
the CV jacks on the lower rear corner of the MAQ had to be stoned, it's the
most inconvenient spot possible, makes it impossible to use the box on a
tabletop. I wired each set of 2 jacks tip-to-tip and ring-to-ring, and then
attached a shielded cable to one of the jacks, with an 1/8" plug on the
end.
