That would probably be me<g>. I have a Blacet
delay on the way, and it will get the MOTM treatment
also.

I will be right in there with Moe on the Blacet delay. I have one coming

Blacet mixer and Frequency divider. Since I have no real experience /
talent with this Corel Draw thing, maybe I can even talk that Moe fella into
sharing his panel graphics with me. Pretty please... You guys are starting
to make that darn Wiard Mini-wave sound like a lot of fun.

Ya wanna chip in and get a real silkscreen made for these 2 modules,
plus say a 1U mult and a Wiard joystick?

Well, it does the following things:

1. Source of many static waveforms, both familiar and brand new
2. Has several banks of varying harmonic content, designed to be
swept so as to morph the waveform over time
3. Has a bank to output pulse waveforms at multiples of frequency
from 1 to 16 (think pulse multiplier for rhythmic events)
4. Includes a bank of vowel formant sounds for pseudo vocoding
5. Has a bank designed to be used as transfer functions for wave
mangling (think Serge waveshaper)
6. Has a bank for quantizing control voltages to 16 major and minor
scales
7. Rising sawtooth input plays wave forwards, falling saw plays wave
backwards, other waveforms play them ???
8. If you're ambitious, you can burn your own wave roms

I think it will be a pretty cool tool.

Dave,

I would be happy to chip in on silkscreening of panels that would be useful
to me and others.
I am interested in a Blacet delay and Wiard Mini Wave.

I am not really interested in the Wiard Joystick or multiple. I do not plan
to have multiples as such in my system (magic buss TM). And, I have two now
(which I will sell someday).

What would really turn me on to a screen would be to get one or both of my
interval switchers made on it. I know there are other MOTMers that would
like to have those panels too. Maybe we could compromise. Do the Blacet
and Miniwave since we both want them. Then we split the remainder for our
own choice.

I forget what the exact size is for the screens. Is it big enough for 7 or
8 MOTM units wide?

We could go Blacet delay (2U), Wiard Miniwave (2U), something of your
choice(maybe Wiard joystick as I think others will want this one too) 2U,
and something of my choice (my interval switch). If I get only 1U, in the
case of 7 total, that's fine. If there is room for me to have 2U with my
choice, I would like to do both interval switches (1U each).

Let me know,
Larry

Dave,

Do you have any good contacts for making screens? If so, could you email
the info to me? I am interested in getting some made for a few of Tony
Algood's modules and maybe a Darkstar. I've all ready Motomized the Dark
Star by mounting the complete panel onto a 2U MOTM panel and changing the
jacks to 1/4 switchcraft and the knobs to small Alcos.

Thanks,
Dave

It seems as though everybody who bought the first eight of these things
are MOTMers. I got number one autographed and hand numbered by he
artist. And artist is the word for these things. It quantizes,
distorts and adds harmonics. I am having trouble getting my head around
this thing. It is cool and it works well with a range of gear. It will
be a great MOTM adjunct for hard core sound designers. With the 120 and
the VC switch this will kick.

The kits according to Grant are available but the 8 people who ordered
early are getting completed units as a token of appreciation. These are
very good people. For musicians this synth list and DIY are amazingly
gracious, well mannered and educated.

I'll join in with you on this , I have Wavefolder, eg,vca, lfo and vcos
that need proper panels

Me too. I have wavefolder, 3 VCAs, 3 EGs. I'd like the VCAs and EGs on
one panel each, just like Tony's.
