Oddly enough, I'm pretty sure Paul does (for the typical 1K needed for VCOs 
and VCFs) -- he used to. I think the're around $5 each. Look around on the 
synthtech site because there used to be a page about it.

I have bought Tempcos from Paul before and have some on order for when
the next module ships. I don't know where to get them other than from
Paul. Seems to be a closely guarded secret. Probably a tempco conspiracy.

Paul will sell you some. These are the same sort as in the VCO. Wire
wound at a nominal 3300ppm/K

In Europe Farnell sell them, www.farnell.com These are a different
style, smaller but just as good really at a nominal 3000ppm/K. I also
sell these in 10K and 1K variants. I use them in my two ladder filters
and VCO modules.
