J. Barlow's extraordinary humor capacity

J. Barlow's extraordinary humor capacity

OK, all of you guys out there that don't like a little OT fun and games,
just delete now and save yourself the aggravation. You have been warned.

You must have been using one of those wacky weed cutters I have heard
about.

I did try it and it works as advertised. Ok. I have two 300s, so I am a
little green too since Dave has 4. My son starts medical school in August.
I just bought a house for him and a buddy to RENT from me. Tuition, and
all the rest of that crap is about $125K for 4 years. Suddenly I feel
lucky I had enough money for 2.

I waited 2 years for the first 9700 module -- MID2CV8.

Rollin' on the floor LMAO.

Nah. I think we should let Dave in on the deal since he has great humor
making genes and go for the Three Stooges.

I bet Paul is whipping up 300s to meet the orders he got for assembled
ones. And probably fielding calls from the military who couldn't find
anyone qualified to assemble the 300 kit they bought.

OK, I've stretched the limits of OT. I'll shut up.

Welp, I talked with Scott at Paia today when I was buying some fracrack
stuff and first run VCF boards.. Nobody there is sure when the rest of the
modular gear is coming out. ("by fall definitely") Luckily we have Paul
swinging into action comparatively at the speed of light..

BTW the first run VCF boards in question are the same from the 9730
filter, but they have a fixable PCB layout problem... they're $15 each, so
figure $3 for a fracrack blank, another $20 in parts from mouser and you
have yourself a cheap little dual HP/BP/LP VCF. Pretty good deal, no?

NO! [shudder!]

Paul S.

(just kidding! I'm sure it has those PAiA qualities like 100mv CV
feedthrough, non-thermal
compensated front end, ans single-sided pcb)

Yes, that's paia "quality". (some might argue, an oxymoron) I love 'em,
but sometimes things slide which really shouldn't.. like design issues..

Hah, I thought I would get some sh*t for mentioning "that company" on this
list ;)

But seriously Paul, you have nothing to worry about... your future in the
modular buisness is definitely secure.
