With all the email programs I know of, it's a simple 2-step process:

1) save them on your local hard drive as JPG
2) type a "regular message" but before you click the SEND button, click the
ATTACH button
(on Outlook, it looks like a paper clip). This allow you to attach files to
the message.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
