EM ad tracking

Please let me know when you receive your EM in the mail or see it on a rack.
Just trying to get a general idea of the "street date" versus "cover date".

It was spotted yesterday in NJ. No sign here.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
