That would surprise me.  I have not found the 8/32s that Paul uses in
phillips head.  However, they are common in hex or cap heads.  Many stores
have those in 4/40, 6/32, 8/32, and 10/32.  I have usually found them to be
around 49 cents each in singles.

That would be about the going hardware rate for one-offs.  Hopefully Paul
is getting a better unit price by buying in quantity so he can make a
little money on them.
