Here is Harry's email address if you have questions about his Etherwave CV
board.  It is adapted from Dr. Moog's schematic that comes with the
Etherwave.  Harry produced with board with Dr. Moog's permission.

HOWEVER, you do not order the circuit boards from Harry.  The circuit
boards are being distributed by Tom Gamble.  Attached below is a note I
received from Tom with the ordering instructions for the PCB.  I ordered
mine about 6 days ago.  So, I am hoping to see it in the near future.
