If you can't find either the JLH-822 or 831 you may want to consider these:
The Synthesizers.com Q123 Standards module will do what 1/2 of the JLH-822 does and includes a 440 Hz refrence.

Another option is the Yusynth CV Standards module which is sort of a 3-channel JLH-822.

The Yusynth module is DIY and can be made in MOTM format, the Q123 comes assembled and is MU format.
