problem with synthesis technology

2012-11-14 by blashol

Hi,

on 31 december 2008 i bought some motm modules.
MOTM650 was one of those and was shiped on may 09. for some reason it brought some "noise" to my dotcom system. Paul and Roger(dotcom) kindly tried to figure out what it was but after a moment Paul agreed to take back the 650 in exchange for something else.

Last mails looked like it was going to be solved just a matter of weeks .. months.. but it is 4 years now and after 12 mails i still don't have the motm 300 we agreed for exchange or some refund or what ever it is that could solve that case.

now MOTM website going down for bride chambers is not to make me confident. I'm so surprised because i had good contact with Paul and also got some modules from Bride chambers and am happy with them.

As i live in France i don't know the legal ways to do this but i'm looking for it. Both country seems to have some laws so i know this is no fun but it's $424.15 and i can't afford to loose that :p

i wonder if you ever had such major problem with synthesis technology and how it went.

thx for infos

I don't think Paul is legally allowed to communicate on this forum
anymore due to his new job.

I think you can try him at synth1@...

Good luck.
