Has anyone been in touch with Scott from Bridechamber recently? I've been trying to get hold of him via email for a whole month. Haven't heard from him since I paid for an order.

Maybe your emails aren't getting through? He is on Facebook for what it's
worth and posted something as recent as Monday.

I too would guess your emails are being "eaten".  I've dealt with Scott involving a number of transactions and my experiences have been excellent.  Ping him on FB or shoot another reminder email.  He will respond!

I'll vouch for him. personally.  He doesn't always turn things around in record time because he needs help managing his logistics, but he is commited and honest.  He closed his family business to service this DIY clientelle. To me, that committment to us like that when he has kids  means he really does give a damm.
