MOTM

Guys,
I received a MOTM 410 from a friend to add the OMS410 daughter board.
Before starting working on it I quickly tested the 410 to find out that
out 3 sounds noticeably softer.
When checking with my friend he told me it always was like that. I
checked the output and when I get 6Vp-p on out 1 and out 2, I get only a
2Vp-p on out 3.
LFO switch is on single and freq pots in the same position.

I checked resistor values and that seems to be OK.
Could it be something vactrol related?

I need to get my scope back from work...

Needs new Vactrol. They do sometimes "age".
