So I just finished a 310! but... I only get saw at the output and it just gets queter when turn the wave shape knob. Any suggestions on what to look for, thanks.

...just noticed all of the pots read 149-71104 20 0506
and the wave pot reads 148-71104 20 0205
is that an issue?

No. The 148 means a conductive plastic element, the 149 means cermet.

The 148 pot acts like a cross-fader between the saw and the pulse. If you
only hear 1 of the 2 waves, you have a solder short or other issue.
