Can i connect an MOTM module power cable from another board to this board to transfer power.......or do i have to use the terminals and connect directly to the power supply?

Look at the bottom of the pc board. Note the traces
on the power connectors are also wired to both sets of screw terminals. So
whatever is easiest for you.
