Reminder about lost in mail shipments

Since I've had 2 of these this year (which is a lot, since I've only 5 total in 11 years) here is a reminder of the policy: a) I can't "track" an order unless it is shipped EMS Global/Express mail (for both US and foreign) b) if you want me to ship Fed-Ex in the US in order to be tracked, email me or add a Comment in the order form c) EMS is a shipping option in the cart, you can see exactly the cost to the penny If an order is lost in shipping: a) if foreign: be sure it is not held up in customs waiting for a VAT payment b) I will reship the order, at a 50% off cost AND the order must be shipped EMS/Fed-Ex Paul S.
