Non-Bug MOTM-730 Demo

Non-Bug MOTM-730 Demo

2009-03-01 by rogerpellegrini

I thought it might be interesting to post a 100% insect-free demo of
the MOTM-730 Pulse Divider. This Robotmakers clip is about 40% demo
and 60% gratuitous, self-indulgent noodling, but I hope that you find
it at least 51% enjoyable.

The trick here is that I slaved a dotcom Q960 to Cubase using eight
note pulses, and sent 16th note triplets to the MOTM-730. Having 48
pulses per measure to work with means the MOTM-730 can create the
optimum number of (traditionally) musical note lengths. (You can
divide 48 into 16ths, triplets, 8ths, etc).

Best regards,

That's one of the best videos I've seen demonstrating how to actually
PLAY a Minimoog. Good use of the pitch and mod wheels. You sure you're
name isn't Wakeman?
