OP285 in DIP?

OP285 in DIP?

2008-06-14 by clickmrmike

Anybody know a source for the OP285GP in PDIP? After searching the
usual suspects, only DigiKey as them at all, and only in SOIC.

Thanks,
mrmike

You may be stuck using an soic-8. The DIP package went obsolete in April
2002.

Status of Stooge Panels

2008-06-15 by Greg James

Does anybody know what the status of Stooge Panels is? I'm building a
pent-up list of panels I want/need...

Ps: I already know about Bridechamber (Scott does good work and may very
well get all my business)

With so many op amps available, I need to ask (honestly, not sarcastically):

What's so special about the OP285? Is there no good substitute?
