WTB OMS 820 (or wanting a new run of this board)

2008-03-15 by ilanode

Some time ago I asked here wether someone is willing to sell me an OMS
820. Unfortunately 1 potential seller stopped communication and 2 or 3
others hoped to get hold of the board in question themselves.

Ceri of Oakley Modular told me that he's willing to do a new run of
the board if there's sufficient demand. Thus I hope this thread will
show enough demand. *You* will buy one, won't you? (See quote below if
unsure what to think about this project.) Regards, Ingo

Message # 21519 "Many of the functions of the Serge DSG can be
duplicated by combining an MOTM-820 VC Lag Processor with an Oakley
Systems OMS-820 Companion module. You will also get a few added
features such as linear/logarithmic shape and independent voltage
controlled Up/Down."

I would most likely get one as well.

I'd buy one or two. Would be great if somebody would do a front panel
run too. (Bridechamber?)

Will and I will take one for sure - maybe two. Thanks. Bill and Will

Gotcha.
The panel's on the list, but I'll wait until Paul and Ceri do another
run of PCBs.

The VC Lag is an awesome module, by the way, and everyone should have
at least one. Having modulated up and down lag is great whether you're
a player or a sequencer.
