After spending over 6 years on submarines, I can honestly say from 
experience that you do not want this!!  They are not near as fun as they

Real OT :  This reminds me of a French theatre company who bought 
(early '90s) an immense cargo-ship and built an entire street in one 
of the holds, complete with cobblestones, bar-tabac and restaurant 
and all .  They used it for street theatre :)  Went round Europe and 
the carribbean with it, the whole bunch actually living on board .  
Weird, to say the least, but a huge success, cause they were good .
