MOTM-650 original run sold out

MOTM-650 original run sold out

2007-10-19 by Paul Schreiber

The original batch of 100 MOTM-650s has now all sold out.
I have removed it from the cart for *now*.
I will run 75 more in Jan. It will take a few weeks to gather up the parts and wait my turn on the pick-and-place machine. I expect them to be back in the cart early Feb.
In the meantime: there is a V1.4 firmware upgrade planned and this includes a full user manual. Jeffrey and I will gather up all of the 'bug reports' and make sure we fix everything.
If you get "incorrect behaviour" usually the LCD will say ASSERT Lxxxx (this is a SW 'breakpoint' in the code) please email me (not the list) and let us check it out.

Congratulations on selling all of the original run. I
am surprised it did not happen sooner since this is
*hands down* the best midi to cv converter I have used
with the higher resolution. A truly wonderful MOTM
module that makes patching from my *old* Kenton
pointless these days.

Is there a way to add a 0-5V clock out signal to one
of the Aux Outs? I looked through the current partial
manual and did not find that voltage setting
available. My sequencer I recently built needs that
voltage to track correctly. I currently have to run a
320 LFO through a filter for processing to get the
right signal needed. I am referring to the MFOS
sequencer. Maybe I am missing something obvious here?

Either way, I love my 650 and I hope the next 75
pieces go quicker. Any idea on a Frac version for that
market? I am no Frac-Racker these days, but the
Euro-Frac audience might be a hot ticket.
